Every year for some time the moon appears bright yellow and pink instead of white, which is also called Strawberry Moon, Hot Moon or Rose Moon. This time this Pink Moon will be seen from 20 to 22 June. But, its most pink view will be seen on 21 June. It will come out a day after the Summer Solstice
Strawberry Moon does not mean that the moon appears pink or red, but on this day the moon appears shining yellow like gold, with a slight red color which is due to the chemical effect in the atmosphere. Actually the gray colored moon appears different colors due to the gases and chemicals present in the sun and the atmosphere. When the full moon comes, it looks very beautiful and supernatural. It is said that then the moon is closest to the earth.
